Hours of Operation: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Saturday
Rental Fees: All rental items are subject to a one-week minimum rental fee and applicable sales tax. Daily rates are available following first week of rental.
Reservations: Early reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak tourist season and holiday weekends. Clients are requested to call 239-472-5777 or contact us online at least 2-4 weeks in advance of desired rental dates. Sanibel Rental Service will confirm your desired items, rental dates, location for delivery and method of payment.
Payment Method: Confirmed reservations are secured by providing Visa or Master Card information. Charges to your credit card will be processed during your rental dates.
Rental Cancellations: Cancellations to rental orders must occur at least 24 hours prior to delivery date to avoid handling fees of 20% of total order.
Delivery Process: Sanibel Rental Service delivers all rental orders on scheduled delivery dates during regular business hours. A $10.00 fee (effective April 1, 2022) is charged for all deliveries and arrangements made through all rental agencies and private homes on Sanibel and Captiva Islands for in-unit delivery. Client pick-up may be requested for small rental items only. All larger items must be delivered.
Safety and Terms of Use: All rental items are cleaned between each rental. Sanibel Rental Service keeps current with all federal safety regulations and recalls pertaining to our rental equipment. Clients are responsible for proper and safe use of all items while in their possession.
